The purpose of the Megger MOM2 Handheld 200A Micro-Ohmmeter is to measure the resistance of high-current connections such as bus-bar joints and circuit breaker contacts. When compared to traditional capacitors, the MOM2’s ultra capacitor can store a vast quantity of energy and produces a high output current. Its low internal resistance makes it possible for it to provide a high current during the discharge.
