The Panametrics-NDT EPOCH 4 is a sophisticated digital ultrasonic defect detector that solves a variety of challenging inspection issues by combining robust, feature-rich measurement capabilities, an extensive internal datalogger, and a broad range of software options.

Features for signal processing include narrowband filters to improve signal-to-noise in high strength applications, a configurable square wave pulser to maximize penetration on thick or attenuating materials, and a 25 MHz bandwidth to enable testing of thinner materials.
