MITCORP MX1000 Industrial Video Endoscope Fiberscope System
The MX1000 is especially helpful for inspections, such as casting applications, where smaller-sized insertion probes with a high degree of flexibility are required. It has a modular architecture and may be customized to meet your individual inspection requirements.

Flexibility
The MX1000 has a number of different insertion probes that can be used with it. There are a variety of materials and articulation types available, including stiff, flexible, 2-way, and 4-way articulation, as well as a small diameter of just 3.9 mm. The MX1000 gives you the option of spring-loaded camera heads for optimum movability, as well as a shorter distal end, so you may choose the best probe for your inspection.

Durability
The MX1000 has rechargeable lithium batteries that allow it to run for 3.5 hours before needing to be recharged. The console system is IP57 rated and can tolerate dust and water, but it also boasts a drop resistance of up to 1m in height. The replaceable insertion probes are IP67 approved and can withstand engine and transmission oil, braking fluid, and unleaded gasoline.
