The Aeroqual AirCal 1000 Portable Calibrator is a compact, two-channel portable calibrator featuring an integrated gas diluter and zero air source for field calibration of ambient gas monitors.
Key Specifications
- Portability : Lightweight and supplied in a durable carry case for transport.
- Zero Air Source : Integrated zero air generator using activated carbon, Purafil chemisorbant, and heated Carulite scrubbing media.
- Flow Rates : Fixed outlet flow rate of approximately 2.5 LPM (liters per minute). Zero air mass flow meter (MFM) range of 0-3 SLPM, and a mass flow controller (MFC) range of 0-50 SCCM (standard cubic centimeters per minute) for the cylinder gas.
- Gas Connections : Two gas inlet ports (⅛ Swagelok compression) and one gas outlet port (¼ Swagelok compression).
- Calibration Types : Capable of generating zero and multi-point span test mixtures; can zero calibrate ozone, but not span calibrate ozone. It cannot zero or span calibrate CO₂.
- Traceability : Features NIST traceable mass flow meter and controller.
- Power Supply : 100-240V AC to 12V DC power supply module.
- Software : Comes with PC software for configuration, manual and automatic calibration checks, and logging of data.
- Environmental : Not IP rated, so care is needed when operating outdoors.
