Shipping Information
We carry a large inventory of products which enables us to ship most orders within 24 hours. If your order contains products that are not in stock, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date as soon as it’s available. Expedited orders must be received by 3:00 p.m. WIB for same day shipping. If your shipment is time-sensitive, please call before ordering to confirm that we will be able to meet your requirements. We will make all reasonable efforts to initiate shipment and schedule delivery as close as possible to your requested delivery date(s). However, please keep in mind that our delivery dates are estimates only and shipments may be affected by factors outside our control. We cannot be responsible for delays or shipping errors caused by the shipment carriers. Orders may not be canceled or rescheduled after the order has been submitted by Asima Testers to the shipment carrier.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday with the exception of the days on which the following holidays are observed: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,Christmas and New Years Day.
Free Shipping Offer Requirements
Requirements for Free Ground Shipping:
Checkout Order must be greater than or equal to $10,000.00 to qualify
Checkout must be via standard “Proceed to Checkout” option
Free Ground shipping to anywhere in Indonesia
Orders with items exceeding 150 lbs in weight will not qualify for free shipping; you will be contacted with the freight charges before the order is processed
Offer only valid for WEB purchases
Return Policy
All returns must be authorized. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Items Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. Items returned to us must be sent freight pre-paid and insured.
New Equipment Returns
Defective new equipment may be returned for warranty repair/exchange to us within 30 days of the shipment receipt date. After 30 days, returns will be handled by direct contact and in accordance with the warranty terms of the item’s manufacturer. Items that have malfunctioned due to mishandling, electrical overload, etc., will be subject to a repair charge.
Non-Defective new equipment will be authorized for return within 30 days of the shipment receipt date if the equipment is still in new, re-sellable condition with the original manual(s), accessories, packing material and carton. We reserve the right to reject returns in which there is no original packaging, missing accessories, damage or visible signs of usage of the item. A restocking fee of up to 10% of purchase price may apply. Special orders are non-returnable.
International customers must ship any returns to us freight and duty prepaid. Return freight charges for International shipments will be the responsibility of the customer.
Used Equipment Returns
Upon receipt of used equipment returns, units will be evaluated to determine if repair or exchange is covered under warranty. Warranty period is stipulated in our written quotation and/or your Purchase Order. At our discretion we will repair, replace or credit the price paid for the unit.
Non-Defective used equipment will typically not be accepted for return unless a prior right-of-refusal period has been agreed in writing with your Account Manager.
Check Return Status
To check the status of a return, email sales. Please be sure to include your RMA number.
Package Tracking
Orders that have been shipped via Air freight and Sea freight can be tracked via courier website. You will need a tracking number. You may also email order status for tracking information.
