The NITON XL3t 900 Series is Thermo Scientific’s second generation of high-performance, entirely nondestructive portable analyzers. It is designed for light element analysis in alloy material. In addition to nickel alloys, superalloys, stainless steels, titanium alloys, and aluminum alloys, it provides chemical analysis that is both speedy and of a high quality.
NITON XL3t 900 Series analyzers provide many distinct advantages over traditional OES analysis:
